FEST: First Fridays at Venice Beach

FOOD: Smorgasburg LA
Now open every Sunday, this market is for food, shopping, and special events. Food trucks like Banh Oui, Belly&Snout, Donut Friend, Raindrop Cake and Ramen Burger will be in attendance. Parking is free for two hours. More information (July 3, Alameda Produce Market)

PERFORMANCE: A Prairie Home Companion  with Garrison Keillor
Mixing tales and tunes from the fictional small town of Lake Wobegon, the humorist calls it quits after more than 40 years. Catch a performance of Keillor’s beloved radio show when he stops by our village on this farewell tour. More information (July 1, Hollwood Bowl)

COMEDY: Afros & Ass Whoopins

TALK: All Space Considered

FEST: 2016 Anime Expo

PETS: SoCal Corgi Beach Day

BOOKS: Chuck Palahniuk Signs Fight Club 2
